Shipping policy

Orders

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Please allow additional time for orders placed during NEW collection releases. 
  • All inventory on the website is real time.
  • EXCHANGE ONLY...NO REFUNDS

Shipping 

KOMPACHEN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

  • In-Stock items are shipped immediately after the order is processed. (Orders are processed within 3 business days).
  • Pre-order items or Items with listed shipping dates are shipped according to the date provided on the product page. The delivery period listed is as accurate as possible, but there are occasions where items arrive early or are delayed. You will be notified in the event of any shipment delays with options to await the delayed item, cancel your order or replace the delayed item with another in-stock item.
  • All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS message, including a tracking number. Please track your package through that message, the Shopify mobile app or USPS.com.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for receipt.  Allow additional time for holidays & busy mail periods. Due to COVID-19, mail delivery may be impacted in your area which may delay your delivery. Please contact your local post office.
